Terms and Conditions:
Services
VS Laundry provides convenient mobile laundry services, including wash, dry, and fold.
We do not offer dry-cleaning services. Customers are advised not to include delicate fabrics or garments that may bleed color.
VS Laundry will not be liable for damage caused by inclusion of such items.
Payment
All charges must be paid in full before services commence.
Payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
Customers must make payments only through VS Laundry’s official channels: MoMo, Hubtel, Paystack or POS.
Garment Care
VS Laundry strives for high-quality service but will not be liable for:
Normal wear and tear or damage that may occur during standard cleaning processes.
Damage to items requiring special or unique care.
Color bleeding, shrinking, or texture changes due to normal cleaning.
Stain removal is not guaranteed.
VS Laundry reserves the right to decline cleaning any item.
We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings left in clothing, pockets, or laundry bags.
Loss or Damage
Customers must report missing or damaged items within 24 hours of receipt.
Liability for any lost or damaged laundry is limited to ten (10) times the service charge (excluding pickup and delivery fee) for the affected load, regardless of the brand, condition, or number of items included.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are picked up the next day and delivered within 2 days.
